Just before the wedding season proper started, the Man and I took a holiday on Ibiza. So it seems kind of decadent to holiday in your own backyard, but with so many beautiful places on our doorstep, why leave and go elsewhere? A new boutique hotel the Giri Residence in San Juan in the North of Ibiza provided luxury, peace, indulgence and serene calm we sought, as well as the best poolside gin and tonics served with a stick of cinnamon, a stunning private spa for relaxing massages, beautiful & original interiors and just 5 all suite rooms (no children allowed). The best service I have had at any hotel in Ibiza (and I have tried a lot!) and great food. I know several of my clients will be staying there this summer including one for part of their honeymoon. I know they will love it!
What can be easier than holidaying half an hour from home? I highly recommend it.

Looks gorgeous. Real spa porn. We’re fans of taking breaks at home too. One of the many things that we learnt by spending a lot of time apart is that it’s not where you go but rather who you go with. We try and make the most of the weekends and go out and see London rather than just living there or take day trips rather than going to the supermarket and doing laundry! x x
