San Antonio, Ibiza, in winter. Contrary to it’s reputation thanks to a certain TV show, as a destination for those 17 year old rite of passage holidays, and the home of the British package tourist, San Antonio can be quite lovely. I love the harbour and the amazing sunsets over the sea. A Cafe Mambo or Cafe del Mar sunset is a quintessential Ibiza experience and quite magical. In winter there’s a stillness and beautiful golden light, like the faded buildings and sunkissed walls hold the memories of the summer within their walls and the boats gather together whispering their tales of summer adventures.
