Tasha and Charlie created a gorgeous and fun wedding in the Wiltshire countryside at the lovely Rectory hotel. As a wedding photographer and cinematographer herself, Tasha knows what makes a good wedding so well. The ingredients for her wedding were loads of great friends and family, a lovely summery garden complete with swimming pool, gorgeous flowers, a relaxed attitude and love and laughter. A lot of laughter. When something’s your passion of course, it’s hard to completely switch off, and Tasha sneaked in her 5D Mark 2 to capture things in motion….. I learnt that croquet mallet’s and small children don’t mix especially when they are all together in a group photographs. You can see how a mini brawl broke out between a couple of under two’s in the midst of my family shots below… note to self….
Tasha opted to give a lovely heartfelt speech to her groom and wedding party, and her best ‘girl’, Sarah also gave a very funny speech – breaking with convention is cool and it makes your wedding more personal. It also looks great if you have a glamorous dressing gown for getting ready in, and allow plenty of time for your photography. And additional of a few mischievous little people always livens things up. Thanks Tasha!
Tasha & Charlie, thanks for trusting me to capture your day in my style, and wishing you a fantastic life together as Mr & Mr R.
